Fundo de Maneio submitted an application to the AÇORES PO2020 for the implementation of a Research and Development project in Companies , in line with the objectives of the Intelligent Specialization Strategy of the Autonomous Region of the Azores and the Digital and Technological Agenda of the Azores.
The NaTOUReza project was approved and will be co-financed by the ERDF, seeking to promote the competitive development of the company based on specialized knowledge and new technical-scientific skills.
The project aims at a detailed understanding of international dynamics and trends in the growth in the world and in the Region - tourism - and in particular the segments and niches of markets for nature tourism and adventure tourism.
Involves an interaction with CEEAplA - Centro de Estudos de Economia Aplicada do Atlântico, a research center of the University of the Azores, that is, it comprises a relationship of cooperation between the business environment and the academic environment.
As final outputems, the development of new products and services, some of which are of a digital and oriented to the use of new technologies, as well as scientific articles and other types of publications, such as books and manuals.
